Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • The team leader will assist Managers to operationally run a smooth shift without compromising the guest experience
  • Required to work in culinary positions including line assembly, prep, and breading
  • Ensure food safety principles at all times including but not exclusive to Daily SAFE, reducing the raw footprint, personal hygiene and handwashing procedures
  • Assist in supporting all aspects of their work area including working with managers and directors to ensure all areas are functioning properly
  • Continuously train, coach, mentor team members to build a culture of learning and growth
  • Able to asses bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinates with Sr
  • Able to command the floor in Sr
  • Uphold high standard of cleanliness
  • Able to keep team focused and hold team accountable
  • Establish communication and accountability lines to
  • BOH team to minimize hold times, run an efficient kitchen, and maintain positive culture
  • Help create a team atmosphere amongst kitchen and front and reinforce a positive atmosphere in the midst of busy times
  • Offer and receive peer-to-peer coaching and accountability to continually improve the business, with key emphasis on operations
  • Successfully communicates all systems, procedures and processes to team members
  • Embodies the restaurants vision of “Inspire, Motivate, Serve”
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Other duties as assigned
